**About The Role**:
Here at CarFinance 247 we are looking to recruit a Data Rights Admin to support our continued growth

As a Data Rights Admin you will ensure that appropriate and complete responses are handled in a timely, accurate and balanced way to meet our customers’ needs and ensure their compliance with information rights legislation.

**About You**:
**Responsibilities Include**
- Support the administration of DSAR requests.
- Ensure all assigned DSAR tasks are completed within agreed timeframes.
- Manage customer expectations and liaise with 3rd parties like the ICO (supported by a DPO and Data Rights Officer where required)
- Assist with the maintenance of DSAR case load.
- Keep up to date with changes in data protection law and regulations.
- You may also be required to support other parts of the business with administration duties.

- Excellent communication (verbal and written) and interpersonal skills.
- The ability to maintain a high degree of confidentiality, trust, and credibility.
- Capable of dealing with complex issues using problem-solving skills.
- Highly responsive with a can-do attitude and flexible working.
- Ability to take instruction and perform actions effectively, whilst not being afraid to question further to fully understand knowledge gaps.

**Skills**
- An ability to think logically and strategically.
- Sufficient commercial awareness to understand, manage and navigate customer expectations.
- Excellent communicator with the ability to deliver a clear message to a variety of audiences.
- Ability to excel under pressure when working to tight deadlines.
- Ideally some level of knowledge of the Data Protection Act and General Data Protection Regulation - specifically individual Data Rights
