Production Team Leader

**We are looking for a proactive and experienced Production Team Leader to join our Production Team based at our Bourne site.**

In this role you will be running multiple lines, leading a team of Production Operatives on each of your designated lines, you will be responsible for the efficiency and quality of the product leaving your lines. You will organise the distribution of work on a daily basis, ensuring that everyone in the team knows what they are expected to achieve during the day.

To succeed in this role, you will need:

- Good working knowledge of horticulture manufacturing
- Previously held a Team Leader / Supervisory role within Production horticulture manufacturing
- A good understanding of Health & Safety
- Good computer skills
- Use of Hellenic operating system would be advantageous
- Good communication skills (written and verbal)
- Enjoy the challenge of working in a fast moving environment
- Able to work under pressure and working to deadlines
- Ability to work to KPIs
- The ability to work as part of a team or individually
- Full driving licence and own transport essential

A flexible approach to hours / days worked is required, but you will be following a core shift pattern, working 40 hours each week, which will include weekend working.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: £12.00 per hour
