Part Time Gymnastic Head Coach Positions

Superstars are running Gymnastics academies to deal with the demand for good quality, affordable gymnastic sessions for children wanting to take part in recreational gymnastics. Superstars have developed their own reward scheme to tailor for the child of today, to meet the demands of pre schoolers and primary school children.. Superstars currently use venues in high schools along with providing our own equipment for make these sessions amazing for every child attending.

Superstars are looking for either a Level 1 who we could pay to get their Level 2 or Level 2 gymnastics coaches who are looking to develop their coaching experience along with managing a small team in their area.

We currently are looking for Head coaches in:

- Tuesday - Didsbury area
- Wednesday and Thursday Altrincham Area

**Specific responsibilities**:

- Updating online register systems each session.
- Communicating with parents, teachers and coaches on a weekly basis within the lessons to ensure the lessons are of a high standard
- Support with the safe operation of the facility including health and safety and general cleanliness of the centre
- Assist with front of house duties including meeting and greeting customers
- Pre school sessions on Tuesday to Thursday afternoons
- After School clubs in local area Tues to Thursday
- Academies running either 6-8 or 5-7 dependent on schools availability
- Potential to make this a FULL TIME position

**Person Specification**:

- Level 1 coach or above in gymnastics - Superstars will look at facilitating paying for next level gymnastics course
- Enhanced DBS check
- First Aid qualification - preferably paediatric First Aid
- Exceptional organisation and time management skills
- Good at communicating with parents, gymnasts and fellow co-workers, along with dealing with complaints effectively and speedily
- A great team player and leader
- Confident and enthusiastic in their gymnastics provision
- Competent user of IT systems including word and excel

Starting pay at £15,300 dependent on experience for 3 days working 12-2030 each day
