Training & Events Coordinator
Remote role
6 months fixed term contract

The role:
To successfully and accurately schedule and coordinate the roll out of change management events (workshops and engagement sessions) placing the stakeholders experience at the heart of it.
In addition, support the Senior Leadership Executive Assistant in administrative tasks as required.

Key Duties & Responsibilities:
In collaboration with the Senior Leadership Executive Assistant you will schedule and align logistics of circa x100 engagement sessions across the enterprise with it being a mix of face to face and virtual delivery via Teams.

In addition:

- Assist in the identification and booking of suitable venues based on capacity, costs and quality metrics
- Organise and take ownership for maintaining an up to date and relevant schedule of engagement sessions based on take up and operational requirements (i.e. international bank holidays, events conflict)
- Become a Subject Matter Expert on self-enrolment tool (MS Booking) and act as point of contact for stakeholders’ queries on self-enrolment of colleagues internationally
- Enable the collation of agreed KPIs in a timely and accurate manner, working in partnership with Business Systems colleagues as applicable (i.e. Power BI)
- Enable the planning and organising of leadership workshops, collaborating with Senior Leadership EA to support associated travel arrangements
- Create simple presentations to share metrics (qualitative & quantitative) on a weekly basis

Who are we looking for?
You will need to be a super-organised multi-tasker with excellent interpersonal skills and also be able to communicate effectively across multiple departments and stakeholders.
Able to multi-task, you will be able to thrive in a busy environment where organisation is key.

Skills & Experience:
Scheduling and organising multiple synchronised events globally.
Intermediate to advanced Excel proficiency including reporting.
Experience of MS Bookings preferred.

Initially this is a 6-month fixed term contract however, there is the possibility of the contract being extended for the right person.
