**Location - Leeds**
- No 2 days are the same You will be first point of contact for all incoming IT queries that our internal users raise on issues with either their laptops / desktops / printer / mobiles etc via various contact methods such as on site tech bar / remotely /via our IT support channel.
- Managing the incidents and request queues, ensuring we are working towards our SLA's
- Supporting the end users before, during and after any office moves to ensure that all IT Systems and equipment are operational with minimum disruption to the end users
- Actively liaising with 3rd line / other support teams including 3rd party suppliers
- Maintaining a positive attitude and delivering great customer service
- Responsible for managing new starters and leavers process
- You will play an essential role in the team by helping with day to day operational workloads, being part of projects and being a team player
