**About the role**:
The Faculty of Health, Medicine & Social Care is the largest faculty in the university and constantly pursues innovative approaches to develop and deliver curricula to meet the ever-changing educational needs of the Health and Social Care workforce. Our faculty offers a range of undergraduate and postgraduate courses, from foundation degrees to doctoral study and carries out world-leading research.

This exciting post will engage you in every aspect of a new UKRI/AHRC three year research project, involving a consortium of 19 academic and community partners working to deliver an innovative project exploring how community assets can tackle health inequalities for refugees, asylum seekers and migrants across three regions: North London, South London and East of England.

Your role will be to support research within the project, assisting the research team by using a range of arts and humanities methods to support multiple activities and data gathering, and supporting the development and recording of impact. You will be primarily working with the East of England regional team but also on occasion supporting/working with London based colleagues. You will be involved in a wide range of research activities, including writing reports and papers, data collection and analysis, and literature reviews. You will also support the monitoring of our profile of research, associated outputs and impact.

With a minimum of a Degree, Master Degree will be preferable, you'll have experience and knowledge of mixed methods research methods and design, writing concise but comprehensive reports/papers and supporting community engagement activities. You'll be able to communicate effectively, have excellent presentation skills and strong administrative/ organisational abilities. The ability to meet deadlines and work as part of a diverse team are essential. We are looking for someone who can think critically and wants to see research making a difference, particularly for marginalised communities and groups.
