Join our Operations Team, where you will provide support to our partner hubs and partners in the areas of New Business and Asset Recovery. As part of our team, you will contribute to the smooth onboarding of new dealer partners and the efficient asset recovery hand back process.

**Responsibilities**:

- Conduct dealer onboarding, dealer partner updates, and fraud monitoring.
- Manage the Asset Recovery process, including customer Voluntary Termination, hand back, auction house sales, and fee collection.
- Review and resolve Experian credit disputes.
- Guide customers through the Right to Withdraw process, from the initial call to providing settlement quotes and processing payments.
- Monitor Hire Purchase Investigations.
- Generate monthly reports for various stakeholders, including Compliance.
- Ensure compliance with governance and regulatory requirements.

- You possess excellent customer service skills and have experience in a high-pressure environment.
- You have a strong attention to detail.
- You can effectively multitask, prioritize tasks, and work within strict deadlines.
- You have excellent communication and negotiation skills.
- While not essential, it would be great if you have:

- Previous experience in the Finance or Automotive industry.
- Awareness or understanding of GDPR/PII regulations.
- Collections experience, particularly in Asset Recovery.
