We are seeking a dynamic and motivated individual to join our growing team in the role of Customer Support and Sales. This position involves a unique blend of customer support, onboarding, and sales responsibilities, contributing to the success and growth of the Material Link Platform.

**Responsibilities**:

- Provide exceptional customer support to Soil Link users via various communication channels.
- Guide new users through the onboarding process, ensuring a seamless experience with the Material Link Platform.
- Collaborate with the sales team to identify and capitalise on upselling opportunities.
- Address customer inquiries, troubleshoot issues, and escalate concerns as needed.
- Conduct product demonstrations and training sessions for new users.
- Maintain a deep understanding of Soil Link's products and services to effectively assist users.
- Contribute to the development of customer support and onboarding materials.

**Requirements**:

- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to thrive in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
- Excellent problem-solving and multitasking abilities.
- Familiarity with the construction industry or digital marketplaces is a plus.
