**Sales Co-ordinator**
£23,000 - £24,000 + Westfield Health + benefits and onsite parking.
Monday to Friday 9:00 - 17:00 (some working from home possible & flexible working patterns will be considered)
Due to continued growth my client are now seeking a Sales Coordinator to join their friendly & professional team. This is a new role, created to support their field-based sales team as our products and services are in ever higher demand.
The families that our client works with can often be in challenging circumstances and they always strive to ensure that they receive their equipment provision in a friendly, timely and correct manner. You will become adept at recognising potential issues thatmight occur right through the customer journey and work hard to ensure that these are mitigated. When issues arise, you will problem solve with sensitivity and speed, thinking outside the box to find the best solution.
Our clients company is at an exciting stage of growth and highly driven to achieveambitious and focused business plans. From the early days of the current pandemic they have lead the way being proactive and taking great care to work safely.
**Key responsibilities**
SupportingProduct Advisors, being responsible for regular customer contact from lead to Product Advisor appointment - to delivery
Contact prescribing therapists to follow up quotes written by the sales team, inputting the results and any follow up into the CRMsystem.
Contact families who are awaiting orders to discuss delivery arrangements and set up of equipment
Qualify leads fromwebsite or exhibitions; make the first contact, understand customer requirements and know when to pass to a Product Advisor for follow up
Have input on any new processes to enhance Product Advisors' efficiencies
Contact customers who place high value orders to provide next-level customer service and understand their delivery requirements
Gain a functional understanding of the products and servicesand be passionate about selling its benefits to customers
Liaising between Product Advisors, Customer Support teams, prescribing therapists, Community Equipment Stores and service users' families to deliver exceptional customer service
Help the Business Development function to grow product sales in new markets; for example volume sales, online sales platforms etc.
Make the first point of contact to potential new customers outside our traditional customer base
**About you**
You will be of graduate calibre or have equivalent workplace experience
Experience in a similar role, working within a sales team or supporting the sales process would be advantageous but not essential as full training will be given
An organised and efficient worker
Experience of using a CRM system, or a willingness to learn
Empathy to the users of the equipment and their families, and a passion to provide them with first class customer service
Confident and friendly telephone manner
Wants to make a difference
Good questioning skills to understand what our customers are looking for, and the ability to deliver solutions to these needs
Positive attitude and a passion for your work
Excellent communicator & problem solver
The little details will matter to you and you will understand the difference between a good customer experience and a great one
