Supply Chain Planning Co-Ordinator Meadowhall Mon to Fri 37 Hours per Week

Job Summary

Co-ordination and monitoring of the Operational Production Dock Plan set by Supply Chain, working cross functionally across relevant departments to ensure cadence and adherence to the plan and to maintain MRP data to reflect the performance

Key Objectives of the Role:

- Ensure adherence to the Operational Monthly Production Plans set by Supply Chain
- Support internal production meetings to ensure ongoing cadence to the plan
- Launch orders into production aligned to Customer Demand
- Work with Operational Supervisors to ensure cadence/accuracy of their work to lists
- Maintain ERP work-to-lists and work order dating to reflect progress through production
- Maintain MRP driven data, lead times and queue times using data analysis
- Co-ordinate priority action with the Quality and Technical departments aligned to the monthly plan
- Notify Customer Service Delivery Planners of any schedule impacts to customers deliveries
- Assist with weekly reporting of KPIs including Sales Forecasting aligned to the production plan
- Support and drive system/process improvement initiatives to increase throughput and Customer OTD
- Comply with all Health, Safety and Environmental rules and any relevant regulations together with all Company policies and procedures

The Applicant
- Experience or exposure to planning previously, desirable but not essential.
- Willingness to learn and develop into the role
- Good written, verbal and presentation skills
- Works well within a fast pace demanding environment
- Ability to build and maintain cross-functional relationships
- Able to work to tight deadlines, and focus on detail to ensure high levels of accuracy
