Main Responsibilities
- To implement consistent standards of operation in line with client, company needs and expectations.
- Ensure that all detailed requirements for each day are met to to ensure the smooth-running staff catering.
- Ensure that staff areas are set and prepared to meet with relevant requirements.
- Ensure adherence to company uniform standards across all areas.
- Ensure that that event sheets are followed.
- Ensure that all areas are kept clean and tidy, in line with company policies.
- To maintain and develop client communications.
- Strive in the achievement of exceeding customer expectations.
- Ensure that every customer is given a polite, friendly and personal service.
- To ensure that the standards and service are maintained at our excellent levels to encourage repeat business and gain new business through word of mouth.
- Ensure opening and closing of area including pulling reports from tills.
- Ensure client vending machine is refreshed and replenished as required.

**Key attributes - Essential**
- The ability to work 11am - 3pm during the week.
- Excellent communication skills due to radio use.
- Passion for food and beverage
- Passion for working with people
- Have a keen eye for detail
- Exceptional time keeping skills
- Smart, presentable and adhere to Company uniform guidelines
- General catering experience
- Experience of working in a customer service environment
