We at Everton Football Club are seeking experienced Hospitality Managers & Supervisors.

As an experienced leader within a team, we are looking for our supervisors & managers to smoothly operate within a hospitality lounge at Everton FC.

Our ideal candidate will be someone with previous experience within hospitality who can lead by example and work closely and bond with new teams on an event by event basis.

They'll use their high level of attention to detail to ensure that guest focus is at the forefront of everything they do, and actions reflect our company values. Individuals will thrive from working in a fast-paced environment and utilise quieter periods effectively.

Main Responsibilities
  • To attend pre-match managers briefings, partaking in training required by legislation and the company.
  • To monitor staff working practices to ensure they are working efficiently and productively, adhering to company working practises, with reference to responsibilities and job description of staff
  • To liaise with the kitchen team, ensuring all food products are serviced in line with timings specified.
  • Working in adherence with Food Allergens information and service procedures.
  • Ensuring that both bar and floor staff are attentive to guests needs, working in a timely manner to minimise any wait times.
  • Welcoming guests, taking orders and serving beverages to guests
  • Care about customer satisfaction and deliver the optimal client service experience
  • Serving guests in a friendly, welcoming and efficient manner while maintaining a clean and safe work environment
  • Deal with customer and staff complaints effectively and efficiently.
  • Actively upselling products and maximising revenue capture.
  • Support overseeing the food and beverage operation within a restaurant, ensuring that the quality of product and service remain consistent in line with standard operating procedures
  • Assist with the training and development of staff members on the day whilst adjusting staffing levels as necessary to meet the needs of business
  • Maintain cleanliness of both front and back of house areas and adhere to health and safety guidelines
  • Follow standard operating procedures to maintain quality and consistency over all units across site
  • Making sure staff are signed in, fully briefed and given their allocated break time
  • Using proven interpersonal skills to provide a world class service to our guests
  • Planning for any problems or shortages so they are prevented before occurring
  • Ensure profitability through protection of the company's asset and stock
  • Always ensure you and your team remain smart and presentable in line with the company's dress and appearance policy

  • Experience in dealing with guest complaints promptly and efficiently
  • Ability to learn quickly to pick up and implement new product offerings
  • Extensive working knowledge of food and beverage products and menu terminologies
  • A leader who can keep their team motivated over busy periods
  • Can communicate clearly and concisely with both team and management around the business.
