**e-Commerce Senior Administrator (with Hybrid Work Option)**

**Location: Stockport, Cheshire**

**Employment Type: Full-time, Permanent**

**Working Hours: 37.5 hours per week, Monday to Friday with some weekends**

**Salary: £20,500 to £24,000 per year, based on experience**

The company head office and warehouse is based in Stockport, North West England where you expect to work. You will also have the option to work from home some of the time after a probationary period.

As a key member of our team, you will report to the company director and be responsible for customer service, channel performance monitoring, and various administrative tasks using our systems and platforms.

**Key Responsibilities**:

- Respond to customer inquiries related to their online orders across all channels using the central customer service system
- Process refunds, replacements, and returns using the central inventory management system
- Monitor the company performance on eBay, Amazon, and website, and report any issues to the team and the company director
- Work with the warehouse team to resolve issues and provide backup in emergencies
- Communicate with suppliers to report and resolve outstanding issues
- Manage stock replenishment on Amazon FBA
- Maintain electronic filing of documents, including supplier invoices
- Collaborate with the accounts department to manage payments

**Qualifications & Skills**:

- Experience in business administration preferably within an online sales environment such as eBay, Amazon, and company website
- Ability to monitor business performance dashboards and report any deviations from the company targets
- Ability to work in a team and collaborate to resolve issues
- Good Knowledge of stock management using inventory management system
- Proficient in dealing with business suppliers
- Skilled in using Microsoft Office, particularly Excel
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills in English, both written and verbal
- Good numeracy skills to analyse data and identify and resolve issues
- Ability to work quickly and accurately under tight deadlines
- Self-motivated and proactive team player
- Previous experience in a warehouse or fulfilment centre environment is added advantage

**Salary**: £20,500.00-£24,000.00 per year

Schedule:

- Monday to Friday
- Weekend availability

**Experience**:

- Customer service: 3 years (preferred)
- Online sales support: 3 years (preferred)
- Microsoft Office: 2 years (preferred)

Work Location: Hybrid remote in Stockport
