The following are the core responsibilities of the Recall Administrator. There may be, on occasion, a requirement to carry out other tasks. This will be dependent upon factors such as workload and staffing levels: a. Create and run searches in EMIS Web b.

Assist the Long-Terms Condition Care Co-ordinator with the recall of patients for Quality Outcomes Framework, Investment and Infrastructure Funding, Enhanced Services and Local Commissioned Services Framework c. Maintain the spirometry service offered on behalf of other Practices in Stockport d. Invite patients in for post-natal reviews and childhood immunisations e. Ensure the patient in-house recall system is maintained and updated f.

Support the management team with vaccination programmes g. Support all clinical staff with tasks regarding patient appointments h. Initiating contact with and responding to, requests from patients, team members and external agencies i. Clinically code data on EMIS Web j.

Input data into patients healthcare records as necessary k. Maintain a clean, tidy, effective working area at all times
