The purpose of the role is to provide administrative support to drive up Statutory & Mandatory Training compliance using a wide, varied, and innovative approach. To provide Reception and administrative support for the smooth running of the Learning and Education Centre. To demonstrate outstanding customer service accuracy and attention to detail. To be flexible in responding to the requirements of the roll on a daily basis.

Main

**Responsibilities**:
Statutory & Mandatory Training
- Champion completion of Statutory & Mandatory Training and use of myESR as a core requirement of the role.
- To be the main point of contact for staff needing support for Statutory & Mandatory Training.
- To maximise course attendance by chasing DNAs and ensuring course space is fully utilised.
- To use available information to support forecasting of classroom spaces, trajectories, and hotspots.
- To provide course administration, e-learning, and hands-on support the delivery of Statutory & Mandatory Training, ensuring records updated accurately and in a timely manner.
- To provide support to Trust staff and managers completing Statutory & Mandatory e-learning on a one-to-one, group, and team basis either face-to-face, online, and/or over the phone.
- Use innovative ways to target and promote Statutory & Mandatory Training via social media, face-to-face, and virtual communication methods.

Reception & Front of House
- Be the first point of contact for visitors to the building, providing information & directions, meet and greet.
- Set up rooms for larger events, including Corporate Welcome, on a regular basis and be able to problem solve and work on own initiative during this set up.
- Assist users of the building with PowerPoint presentations, saving into folders and displaying accordingly using the projectors.
- Unlocking or locking Pinewood House as needed on rota basis.

Training Administration
- Identify non-attendance on training courses and liaise with line managers and educators to ensure correct processes are followed when this occurs.
- Book and register learners onto the training database (OLM), contacting delegates, updating attendance on OLM, and filing course registers.
- To assist with the administration of trading databases, and room bookings using Excel, ensuring a high standard of accuracy with data input.
- Typing and administration of correspondence and documents using Microsoft Word/Outlook.
- Creating reports within ESR business intelligence and running ad hoc reports for departments upon request. Manipulating/summarising/filtering the data in Excel if required.
- In putting and updating competences on learner profiles within OLM.
- liaise with educators to ensure all registers of attendance are submitted by month end deadline.
- Support educators to allow smooth delivery of training, e.g., printing/room setup.
- facilitate the smooth running of corporate welcome for the Trust’s new starters
