**Post Completion Administrator - Stockport**

Edengreave are recruiting for a Post Completion Administrator to join a reputable firm in Stockport. This role is working full-time and permanent. After completion of satisfactory training the role will become hybrid. If you are confident in speaking to professional 3rd parties and have administration experience and excellent attention to detail, then this could be the perfect opportunity for you. In return our client offers full training on inception, career development and progression.

**Duties: -**
- Assist departments throughout the firm with Land Registry Registration and post completion requirements.
- Administrative duties including archiving, data entry, photocopying, and filing.
- Answering incoming calls and dealing with enquiries from the Land Registry.
- Other ad-hoc administrative duties as and when required.
- Work to and maintain Service Level Agreements
- Ensure compliance with company policy.

**Essential: -**
- Competent in Microsoft Office and CRM systems
- Professional telephone manner
- Excellent attention to detail
- Highly organised
- Administration experience

Hours of work - Mon-Fri - 8.30-5pm - 1 hour lunch (no weekends)

Salary £23,380 pa - to be increased April 2025
