**Admin & Creative Assistant**

Post Details Hours: 9.00am - 5.30pm - 5 days per week inc. ½ hour paid lunch - Mon-Fri

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: £10.75 per hour (Starting rate)
Holiday: 28 days per year, including bank holidays and certain shut-downs
Location: Working at our Halstock, Somerset office/warehouse premises (Fully office-based)

**About All-Green**

Established in 1998 and specialising in eco-friendly products since 2011, All-Green is a small company. Based in Halstock, we moved into our current premises in 2016 to meet our fast-growing businesses requirements. Although our focus is environmentally friendly products, we also supply a growing range of garden and homewares, all supplied via mail-order to our customers from our own website, and third-party selling sites such as Amazon, eBay, OnBuy & Etsy. We also supply to several schools/businesses throughout the country. We are a small team looking to take on staff to support and develop our continuously expanding business.

**Admin & Creative Assistant**
We are looking for someone who can maintain, update, and grow our product range on Amazon, eBay, OnBuy, our own website and our internal database. This role will also include a creative element, assisting our Marketing Executive with creating content, creative writing and Social Media planning/research, SEO, and other marketing roles. We are looking to split time equally between design work, marketing tasks and product/cataloguing tasks.

**Typically, this role will involve**:

- Helping to produce high quality product listings with technically accurate and concise information across all ecommerce platforms (eBay, Amazon, OnBuy and our own Magento web store)
- Assisting the Marketing Executive with creating marketing content, ecommerce & print artwork
- Updating product information on our database
- Maintaining product listings and webpages to maximise conversion rates and traffic
- Keyword research, SEO and exploring trending topics on social media.
- Assisting our Marketing Executive with various tasks/roles.
- Flexibility to help in various areas of our small but growing business

**What we need (Your skills)**
**Essential skills**
- An interest in marketing and media
- Some experience in design/ creative work and experience in either Photoshop or other Adobe packages such as Illustrator and InDesign
- Good level of organisational skills & the ability to manage multiple tasks
- Very strong attention to detail
- Ability to work alone to carry out most tasks, as well as working as part of our small team both in office and other areas of the business where needed
- Flexibility to do different tasks in a very varied role
- Experience using Microsoft Word and Excel
- Punctuality and reliability
- To be honest & hard working
- Good level of literacy
- Needs own transport to be able to get here (no public transportation to Halstock).

**Desirable skills, but not essential**
- Training/education in media studies

Experience of eBay, Etsy, and Amazon platforms for product listing
- Eagerness to learn and develop skills across e-commerce platforms
- Excellent communication skills, especially written
- Experience of Photoshop desirable, plus other Adobe packages such as Illustrator and InDesign
- Some design/creative/cataloguing experience
- Strong computer skills
- Experience of ecommerce retail desirable
- Initiative to sort things out
- Good level of literacy and aptitude for creative writing
- Social Media knowledge desirable
- Motivation to learn different aspects of the business
- Efficient with good time management
