Part-time Branch Administrator - Brighton/Hove
The company
Our leading and award-winning company within the automotive trade has an opportunity for a Part time Branch Administrator in their Brighton/Hove branch. The role is a great move if you are looking to work for a very stable, secure yet growing company.

- Working hours are 09.00 am - 3.00 pm with some flexibility - e.g. 09.30 am start
- Holidays are 21 days plus bank holidays
- Company pension
- Salary is up to £21,320 per annum pro rata (depending on experience).

The role:

- You will be working as part of a small, and close-knit team providing excellent customer service to all customers
- Helping with the procurement of stock internally and externally
- Answer calls from engineers to complete invoice and stock transactions
- Assist branch manager in general branch personnel administration (i.e. holidays, o/t call out etc.) as well as banking procedures

The Person
- Strong organisational skills are a must for the role
- You will need to have excellent communication skills and have a confident and hardworking approach and enjoy being a team member
