Are you looking for a challenging role that offers the ability to own and create your own best practices in driving productivity, streamlining operations and supporting our rapidly growing EMEA team? If yes, then we want your help to assist in managing the fundamental administrative tasks for the region of EMEA.
As part of the Global Operations Team you will be responsible for the daily operations of your region as well as working closely with the EMEA sales team to maintain and improve day to day tasks from accounts receivables to sales administration.
You will be responsible for implementing and driving strong data governance and procedures to continue to drive success through data driven decision making. You will possess excellent interpersonal and communication skills, be able to make balanced decisions based on data analysis as well as collaborate with team members Globally.

- Strong organisational skills and accurate data collation and recording
- Professional and personable manner for all communications
- Ability to juggle a large number of tasks and self prioritise
- Strong knowledge of CRM systems and reporting
- Ability to analyse and problem solve tasks
Key responsibilities will include:
- Ownership and delegation of the Operations inbox, ensuring all communications are dealt with in a timely manner and escalate where needed
- Registering and maintaining all Supplier Portals with current business information, storing and maintaining login information, uploading and managing the end to end invoicing and Purchase order process within these portals, and dealing with anomalies in a swift and efficient manner
- Create/manage and review quarterly reconciliations at a regional level
- Ensure timely payments from Customers by championing a standardised on-boarding process in conjunction with the Sales Team, and ensuring this is communicated effectively to the Customer and Sales Team
- Be responsible for validation of data ensuring the accuracy of CRM data
- You will ensure that you have a good understanding of all contractual terms offered by OniGroup, and the operational risks associated
- Collaborate with Sales team to provide reports and validate customer and solution data
- Work with finance team to ensure that data is aligned

**Salary**: £32,000.00-£35,000.00 per year
