We are looking for someone to work 40 hours/week over 5 days, shifts will include some evenings and weekends to ensure showrounds can be carried out in a timely manner, you will be responsible for organising your own diary. The salary is £23,920 per annum plus a sales based bonus scheme. In addition we offer Health and Insurance benefits on successful completion of probation period of 3 months.

**Responsibilities of the Sales and Revenue Coordinator**:

- Ensure all paperwork, such as Terms and Conditions, confirmations, deposits etc, are up to date, completed and monies are received as per the deadlines.
- Responsible for responding to all wedding enquiries during wedding season (April to September).
- Arrange and carry out show rounds for potential clients, both wedding and corporate, and follow up within 48 hours.
- Carry out a detailed handover of weddings to the Wedding and Event Coordinators 3 months prior to the wedding date.
- Manage the booking process for all bookings for Foxholes and Bell Tents, received directly or via booking agents.
- To gain an understanding of pricing structure and cost analysis of packages and promotions
- To work alongside the Estate Managers to implement packages and maximise revenue.
- Build relationships with local suppliers to ensure we are receiving the most competitive prices.
- Work alongside Marketing to ensure events are publicised effectively to achieve maximum bookings.
- Work with the Estate Managers on planning large scale Park events.
- Database - maintain and update the sales database to ensure all information is relevant and updated.
- Be aware of what our competitors are doing and new trends in the market.
- Attend Operations/Function meeting and update the team with regards to business levels.
- Required to work operationally and be present during corporate bookings, Country Park events and parties.
- To work as part of the wider Park team and demonstrate a positive approach to work and colleagues in order to contribute to an all inclusive culture.

**Skills and Experience required**:

- Previous experience within a Sales and Events role.
- Excellent customer service skills
- Keen eye for detail with regards to setups and accuracy of function sheets
- Excellent communication skills and able to build a rapport with organisers and wedding couples
- Presentable and well spoken
- Reliable, good time keeping and organisational skills with the ability to manage own diary effectively
- Ability to work cohesively as part of a team

**Due to the location of the property it is advisable to have your own transport**

In addition ‘Foxhills Spa’ is located within the Manor offering a range of Spa Days and treatments. The Country Park is open all year and offers membership options for people who want to make use of the play areas, feed the animals or visit for coffee or lunch.
