**You will need to have the following**:
Advanced Excel user with the ability to create Pivot Tables and VLOOKUP’s as well as writing reports using macros and report browsers.

Knowledge and experience of providing management information from HR Information Systems using Business Objects.

Ability to prioritise own workload to ensure delivery of a high-quality customer service in line with the monthly reporting and payroll cycle.

Excellent problem-solving skills in technical and service delivery environments using logic, knowledge and sound processes to analyse information and find solutions.

Excellent attention to detail with a proven ability to analyse and check numerical and narrative information thoroughly and accurately.

Act as a positive role model and promote the culture of House, maintaining principles of equality, diversity and inclusion at all times.

**Responsibilities**
- Support and maintenance of HR and Payroll System. Providing direct user support to customers.
- Maximising system productivity and performance, ensuring the most effective and efficient use of the systems.
- Running monthly Workforce Information (WI) reports accurately and on time to provide the business with correct workforce data. Including regular and correct maintenance of the reports’ distribution list in order to control correct access to the reports.
- Responds to system problems and customer enquiries, following agreed procedures for system and incident management, including documenting actions and outcomes.
- Writing new reports and amending existing reports on using Report browsers, Macros and using advanced Excel to present data.
- Monitoring the accuracy of the reports, spotting any possible errors within the reports or system and correcting and reporting to the manager and Corporate Applications team.
- Providing ad hoc reports to the business ensuring the information provided is of the highest standard.
- Maintenance of the agreed complement, including the creation and / or updating existing positions and employee data in the HR System.
- Provision of information provided and in line with GDPR, Data Protection and Information Security Policies.
