**Role Description**:
Our client is currently seeking a Business Development Manager to support their Sales Team and Specialist Cleaning Division to achieve their goals. The client in question is a highly reputable company, specialising in Total Facilities Management and providingcustomers all over the UK with tailored services. As Business Development Manager, you will be focusing on specialist cleaning services along with the Specialist Cleaning Division. The ideal Business Development Manager will be flexible and adaptable to afast-paced environment, with the ability to work both independently and in collaboration with colleagues.

**Responsibilities**:

- Consistent prospecting for new opportunities
- Explore existing client base and support adhoc requests for Specialist Cleaning requests
- Develop and maintain current processes to enhance the divisions success rates
- Work efficiently and promptly to support a fast-paced environment and customer satisfaction
- Always ensure compliance throughout the sales and operational delivery processes
- Work in collaboration with the Sales Team on multi-service opportunities to create all-encompassing solutions
- Produce all quotations in line with company policy
- Ensure thorough handovers are completed for each sale to support operational success
- Build and maintain a healthy pipeline to support you in achieving your annual target
- Support the company by working with and aligned to your appointed sales strategy
- Professional and coherent communication internally and with external contacts

**Requirements**:

- Competent Microsoft Office knowledge
- Diary Management
- Confident with customer engagement
- Able to read and understand scaled drawings to support quotations
- Excellent attention to detail
- Confident spoken and written communication skills
- Capability to cost specialist cleaning works including labour, equipment and associated costs
- Can-do attitude with the desire to drive progression and growth of the team
- Industry experience preferable
- Experience as a field sales operative is mandatory
