Location: Manchester City Centre, Greater Manchester.

**Salary**: Up to £42,000 + Bonus (£5K) and Company Benefits.

**What are we looking for**:

- An experienced Head Baker with real passion for the industry.
- A creative, willing to share ideas and experiences to help grow the business.
- The ability to lead and develop a team of bakers in the production of current lines.
- Solid knowledge of bakery production techniques.
- Experience of working with Yeasted dough.
- Experience of the production of a range of Viennoiseries and Laminated pastries.
- An understanding of stock management, cost control, menu costing, and ordering.
- Someone to uphold strict Food Handling & Hygiene standards and Health & Safety regulations.
