We have an exciting opportunity for an experienced Head of Estates - Strategy to join MHA, a values-led charity for older people where you will make a difference to the lives of people every day.

**About the role**

Reporting to the Chief Operation Officer and working closely with our operational and estates teams you**will lead the development of MHAs property strategy to ensure we appropriately invest in our existing stock, refresh and develop our propertyportfolio.**

Using your experience of maintenance and new development, you will also develop and implement policies and procedures to ensure delivery of consistent refurbishment and new build standards, develop efficient and effective procurement practices, lead on newdevelopment and property disposals, development and implementation of MHA's ESG policy and promote technological innovation within our properties.

As part of our Strategic Leadership Team, you will ensure that we deliver the very best we can for as many older people as possible; contribute to the development of the MHA's wider strategy and lead on the operationalisation of the Strategy; and ensurewe live out our values.
