**Your Role**
- Administer all insurance claims reported to the company
- Keep our client’s updated on the claims process
- Maintain accurate digital records
**What you’ll need to succeed**
- Previous experience in commercial insurance broking or claims handling
- Experienced in managing large corporate or complex claims
- Ideally working towards advanced professional qualifications. Preferred Cert CII minimum
- Confident in building solid relationships and asking questions to truly understand our customers’ needs
- An ability to work independently and accurately
- A passion to consistently deliver excellent customer service
**What you’ll get in return**
- Full time employment 9am until 5pm with an hour for lunch
- Salary negotiable based on experience plus bonuses
- 25 days holiday, plus your own birthday
