**HR Administration**:

- HR Board Reporting on a monthly basis
- Ad hoc reports on request from managers
- Manage Starter and leaver process
- Administration of bonus reviews & appraisals
- Ad hoc administration
- Best Companies survey submission reports
- Health and Safety Induction Management
- Manage the benefits renewal process.
- Managing & coordinating training delivery for all employees
- Provide advice and guidance to operational management on compliance with employment legislation and HR policies and procedures.
- Assist with grievance/disciplinary issues and procedures, in particular, the investigation process.

**Experience / Qualifications**
- Excellent Communication Skills
- CIPD Qualification
- Demonstrable experience of working in a similar HR role
- An excellent command of English both written and verbal
- Excellent skills in Microsoft word and excel
- Experience in People HR HRIS would be an advantage
