About the role

**Location**: Madehurst, Arundel

**Hours**: Full Time/Part Time, £11.10-£11.44 per hour, plus service charge

**Location**:THE PIG - in the South Downs, Madehurst, West Sussex.

**Contracts Available**:Fixed-Term, Seasonal/Summer Contract - May/June Start Dates with contracts ending in September/October.

**Salary**: £11.10 - £11.44 per hour, plus service charge.

**Hours**:Flexible, full & part-time hours available within the fixed-term.

During the warmer months, THE PIG - in the South Downs becomes extremely popular, welcoming hotel guests, pre-booked reservations, and walk-ins. Our hotel sleeps at full capacity, providing our teams with a buzzy, atmospheric place of work all day, every day.

To meet the demand, we require Waiting Staff to drive the service within our main restaurant.

Offering a 25-mile menu, championing local suppliers, and using hand-picked produce from our own kitchen garden, our daily changing menu offers both an exciting concept of restaurant service to both our team and guests. We follow a classic style of service within our main restaurant, serving small plates, starters, mains, and desserts with recommended wine pairings.

We want our team to bring their personality to the job in hand and enjoy where they work. At THE PIG - in the South Downs, you will experience the seasonal produce grown within our kitchen garden and interactions with a variety of people in an informal setting. We encourage creativity and want our staff to feel empowered to give that little extra in everything they do.

Any experience in a similar role is advantageous but not essential. We are looking for smiley, friendly people who strive from working in a fast paced and fun environment.
