**ABOUT THE ROLE**:
As a Customer Service Apprentice in our Sales Department, you will work closely with our customers, to process their orders and understand and resolve any queries they may have. After extensive product training, you will be liaising with our field sales and operational dispatch teams to ensure our product orders are processed efficiently.

Excellence in customer service is what we strive for, and you will be part of the dedicated and supportive team who deliver this.

**WHAT’S IN IT FOR ME?**
- An opportunity to undertake a Level 2 or 3 qualification in Customer Service. As well as day to day learning on the job, this will involve 1 day a week at college.
- Starting salary of £239 - £294 per week (increasing yearly upon completion of the apprenticeship) with college fees, including reference books and transport paid for.
- We heavily invest in our apprentices with the intention of offering permanent employment following successful completion of your apprenticeship, this will give you opportunities to grow and develop your skills whilst ensuring you have exposure to a growing business who pride themselves on producing British made, sustainable products.

**WHAT ARE WE LOOKING FOR?**
- An interest in customer service and sales
- You should have, or expect to have, a minimum of 5GCSEs with Maths and English at Grade 4 or above (or equivalent)
- Ideally you will have had some work experience, but this is not essential
