Job Summary

We are seeking a highly motivated and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Waiting Team Member at Cricket St Thomas Hotel. As a key member of our Hospitality department, you will play a vital role in delivering exceptional service to our guests.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide outstanding customer service to guests, ensuring their needs are met and exceeded.
  • Work collaboratively with the Food and Beverage Manager to ensure seamless service delivery.
  • Develop and maintain a thorough knowledge of our products and services to effectively promote and sell to guests.
  • Contribute to a positive and supportive team environment, providing assistance and guidance to colleagues as needed.
  • Participate in ongoing training and development to enhance skills and knowledge in customer service, food and beverage, and hospitality.
