We are looking for an experienced Sales Ledger Assistant to join our team. As one of the Sales Ledger Team, you'll have an eye for financial detail and is a clear and logical thinker.

The Sale Ledger team have a wide ranging role. This team;
- Maintain the ledgers for deposits paid for bookings at each of our venues. (matching payments to the deposit, moving deposits between venues, dealing with discrepancies between the booking system and the finance ledgers and the tills).
- The Sales Ledger Assistant will also ensure that the deposits on the tills are correct, ready for the customer to redeem on their visit and reconciling the ledgers at period end in line with company timescales.
- Dealing with queries relating to deposits from our venues and from the sales hub team
- Reconciliation of refunds against the till action to ensure all deposits are removed from the tils
- Assisting the sites with maintaining their own ledgers and supporting them with overdue debt and clearing transactions put through the tills
- Running and issuing reports
- Period end balance sheet reconciliation
- Liaising with internal auditors, pub reconciliation and sales teams

As a Sales Ledger Assistant, you should have great communication skills allowing you to regularly interact with the different sites and departments across the Stonegate Group business. This role will be based in our Solihull offices, with some remote team members.

The Solihull Pub Support Team offices are light and airy offices in Shirley, Solihull, where you will be greeted by our Welcome Team.
