**Hours**: Full Time

We are currently seeking a **Registered Manager**to join a wonderful organisation who specialise in supporting individuals with Autism, learning disabilities and associated complex needs. The role will be managing two small residential homesbased in Crewe.

**The role**:
Working as **Registered Manager** you will oversee 2 residential homes in Crewe supporting up to 7 individuals. Your role will be to delivery high quality care to young people within the service and to be registered with CQC as the responsiblerunning of the service. You will hold values-based leadership skills and support staff members to ensure the service users needs are met and have a meaningful quality of life.

**Experience /Qualifications**:

- Outstanding communication skills and the ability to foster a supportive and positive work environment for all staff.
- NVQ/QCF 4/5 in Adult Social Care or equivalent.
- Previous experience within a Registered Manager role
- Have 4 years’ experience supporting people with autism and/or learning difficulties/disabilities who may display behaviours of concern.
- A good understanding of CQC requirements
