We are looking for a proactive and driven Product Sales Manager to join our Product Sales team at Study Group. This is an exciting new role and you will have the chance to be part of a team to drive the Study Group product, build trusting and long-lastingrelationships with our university partners and deliver strategies and plans across the portfolio.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
- In conjunction with Product Sales Directors, Regional Directors, and Education Recruitment Directors, Conversions develop and deliver intake strategies and plans to ensure the delivery of new student enrolment targets and effective pipeline management activityacross source markets for an agreed portfolio of centres.
- Manage relationships with Centre Directors, Heads of Student Experience, Learning Delivery Directors, Partner Admissions Manager, and Heads of Product Marketing in relation to the achievement of new student enrolment and profitability targets
- Identify short-term tactical actions to drive new student enrolments
- In conjunction with internal stakeholders (Product Marketing, Partnership Team, Learning Experience, Student Experience) maintain close relationships with key recruitment contacts leading to tactical sales activity in allocated UK University Partners.
- Own the go-to-market plans for relevant products, working closely with University Partners, Regional Directors, Education Recruitment Directors and colleagues in Product and Customer Marketing to develop and execute campaign plans and strategies
- Collaborate with the Regional Directors and Education recruitment Directors to ensure the go-to-market plans are executed in accordance with the plan.
- Lead on the implementation and review of collaborative recruitment activities (as detailed in the go-to-market plan) with University Partners.
- Report on sales performance and provide feedback and insights to University partners on a wide range of market and product insights (e.g.: pricing, positioning) to build/refine the development of existing or new products
- Attend monthly/quarterly University Partner Sales & Marketing meetings
- Support the development and delivery of Annual/Five Year Partner Plan, attend Steering Meetings as required.
- Act as a point of escalation for allocated Partners on all matters pertaining to Sales operations ensuring Partner Satisfaction is maintained/improved at all times.

EXPERIENCE
- Track record of delivering and exceeding sales targets.
- A strong collaborator who develops effective relationships and networks with key internal and external stakeholders.
- Experience of working in an international corporate/matrix environment
- Experience of working with a CRM and using data/reporting to drive decision making
- A good understanding of the international education market and the needs of students in source markets (desirable)
- Demonstrable business and commercial acumen, analytical and quantitative abilities.
- Able to hold others to account for delivery
- Agile in approach - can move seamlessly between short-term tactical and medium term plans and activities.
- Able to understand and interpret information and data from a range of sources and use this to the benefit of the team.
- Negotiates effectively and is able to adapt approach based on the needs of the stakeholder.
- Comfortable working in ambiguity and is able to develop creative solutions or adapt to changing circumstances to ensure the delivery of planned outcomes.
- Demonstrates effective and timely decision making and judgement, recognising when issues need to be escalated to more senior leaders.
- Highly organised and self-motivated; able to create plans and prioritise work for self and others, ensuring that tight deadlines are delivered.
