**Payroll Advisor**

**What will you do?**
As a Payroll Advisor, you will be responsible for:

- Processing high volume, weekly, bi-weekly and 4 weekly payroll transactions accurately and on time
- Ensuring compliance with tax, pension, and statutory regulations
- Resolving payroll queries from employees and managers
- Liaising with external agencies such as HMRC, pension providers etc.
- Maintaining payroll records and reports
- Supporting payroll projects and initiatives

**Who are we looking for?**
To be successful as a Payroll Advisor, you will need:

- A minimum of 2 years of payroll experience
- A payroll qualification or working towards one (e.g. CIPP)
- A good knowledge of payroll systems and processes
- A high level of numeracy and accuracy
- A strong customer service orientation and communication skills
- A proactive and flexible approach to work
