**About the Role**

To provide exceptional ‘front of house’ customer service and oversee the smooth operation of the practice. This includes ensuring that all customers are welcomed and looked after in a timely manner. You will ensure that the practice is inviting with a positive, fun ambience, and that colleagues are focused in providing outstanding service. You will be responsible for diary management, handling queries and ensuring that all practice systems are running smoothly.

You are responsible for setting the ‘tone’ and will be the ‘conductor’ of our brand pledge to ensure a memorable experience for our patients. As the first point of contact in our retail/ clinical practice, you will be knowledgeable about our products and will manage practice floor operations.

**Duties**
- Setting a happy, relaxed ambience for the practice
- Setting up patient appointments in a structured format
- Accommodating customers in a retail sales environment where necessary
- Work in a flexible environment
- Liaising with retail / clinical team for new eyecare requirements
- Acting as the liaison between the guests and the dispensing / clinical team
- Overseeing the smooth running of the practice
- Ensuring high standards of customer service
- Dealing with suppliers and working to budgets
- Working closely with the Clinical Lead to plan, contribute ideas and help deliver the Turners vision.

**Salary**: Up to £30,000.00 per year
