Grade 3 - £13.28 per hour total (£11.79 basic rate + £1.49 holiday entitlement)

We are seeking to appoint Casual Library and Information Assistants to cover either Crymych, Haverfordwest, Milford Haven, Narberth, Neyland, Pembroke, Pembroke Dock, Saundersfoot or Tenby Libraries during periods of annual leave and sickness.

**The Key Responsibilities for Pembrokeshire Library Service are**:

- Work as part of a team providing library and information services to customers.
- Operate the library management system to enable the issuing, renewal and return of library services, and related Library Management System (LMS) functions.
- Providing some tourist information assistance _(Haverfordwest, Milford Haven and Pembroke Libraries only)._
- Undertake invigilation in the Gallery _(Haverfordwest Library only)._

**We are looking for someone who**:

- Has a good general education and is IT literate
- Has good communication and customer service skills
- A working knowledge of books and libraries
