**YOUR ROLE**
- **Event Planning and Execution**: Spearhead the planning and execution of all events within the HBCE Events Department.
- **Financial Oversight**: Manage budgets meticulously, providing regular updates on L17. Take charge of bookkeeping, implementing, and recording ambassador payments, generating invoices, and processing transactions using sales ledger/Proweb systems.
- **Administrative Excellence**: Fulfill PPS team orders, including stationery and ad hoc requests, ensuring a well-equipped and organised work environment.
- **Venue Management**: Source and organise event locations, overseeing the planning process and ensuring all obligations are met. Arrange accommodations for internal teams and handle logistics to guarantee smooth operations.
- **Materials Planning**: Plan and source materials required for events, ensuring all necessary resources are available for a successful event.
- **Communication and Customer Relations**: Establish direct communication with clients, agencies, and suppliers to guarantee excellent delivery. Work closely with the sales department to promote trade show attendance and enhance customer experience.
- **Ticketing and Promotion**: Manage the online ticketing process, collaborating with event organizers to distribute online codes to customers. Collaborate with the sales team to promote trade show attendance.

**YOUR SKILLS**:

- Proven experience in event coordination and planning.
- Exceptional organisational and multitasking abilities.
- Strong financial acumen with experience in budget management.
- Proficient in bookkeeping and financial record-keeping.
- Excellent communication skills and a customer-centric approach.
- Ability to work collaboratively and seamlessly with cross-functional teams.
- Familiarity with sales ledger/Proweb systems and online ticketing processes is an advantage.
