**Property Services Co-Ordinator (FTC for 12 months)**

**Who we are looking for**

We're looking for someone who:

- Has experience in an office environment, ideally within a maintenance/ build environment
- Is ableto keep accurate records
- Has a good knowledge of the housing sector
- Comfortable using Microsoft packages such as Excel and can pick up the use of different computer systems
- Is an excellent communicator both written and orally

This is an excellent opportunity for someone with a 'can-do' attitude who is able to work under pressure to achieve set targets and meet deadlines for ensuring Hightown' s properties are properly managed and maintained to meet and exceed our resident's expectations.

**About the role**

You'll be working as part of a busy internal property services who manage over 6,000 homes across Hertfordshire, Bedfordshire, Buckinghamshire and Berkshire.

You'll be providing administrative support to the Property Services Team including assisting with the management of Hightown's buildings, primarily relating to damp and mould, booking in works, liaising with residents and updating databases.

You will also:

- Liaise with contractors on a regular basis to ensure the efficient turn around of works, with mínimal resident disruption
- Complete temporary accommodation bookings
- Administer various work orders, monitoring follow on works required
- Update various databases as required
