Service Delivery Co-ordinator

A Service Delivery Co-ordinator position has become available within Hydro-X Air, this person will become part of and work alongside our existing team.

Based in the South, there is a requirement to work from the Hemel Hempstead office on a regular basis. 

Main responsibilities:-

To manage & plan the CRM order queue ensuring that the order status and dates are managed efficiently To manage & plan ClicData contract workflow ensuring that work is planned 3 months in advance and conducted in line with pre-agreed KPIs To schedule work efficiently ensuring that work is planned and executed in line the company and client KPIs To manage the schedule, be mindful of engineer location and skill set and ensure that any available days are filled in a timely manner To liaise with clients and access work 3 three weeks in advance and ensure that confirmation is received at least 1 week prior to the works being conducted Liaising with our sales team and customers to confirm bookings for works and provide an efficient service To distribute works orders to Engineers in a timely manner To review the ClicData service delivery weekly ensuring that work is marked as completed To review the service delivery from previous week and the review the plan for the coming week to look for improvements/synergies To review daily values weekly with the Group Operations Manager to ensure that the target will be met To request advanced availability for overtime and to plan work in line with availability To attend and report to meetings as required

Requirements

Interpersonal skills – organised with a positive ‘can do’ attitude and good communicator Initiative Strong team player, able also to work well on their own Good numeracy and literacy skills Computer literate, excel experience would be particularly beneficial Problem solving skills Enthusiastic and willing to learn new skills to better yourself and the Company
