Key Responsibilities:

- Serve as the primary point of contact for prospective students, responding to inquiries regarding Student Finance Applications.
- Utilise CRM systems or other designated tools to track and follow up with prospective students, ensuring timely and personalised communication regarding Student Finance Applications.
- Reporting directly to the Student Recruitment Manager, provides valuable feedback which will be used to help drive decision-making in future marketing strategies.
- Show the highest level of service when dealing with prospective and current students by consistently exceeding team and individual targets and KPIs.

Required Skills and knowledge:

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to effectively engage with diverse audiences.
- Experience working in a fast paced environment and handling high volume of calls.
- Strong interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships and work collaboratively with students.
- Excellent organisational skills and ability to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
- Familiarity with data analysis and reporting
- Friendly approach to building the relationship with students
