**Job overview**:
**Embleton View is seeking to appoint a Transitions Lead.**

As Transitions Lead, you will support our person-centred curriculum, by sourcing work experience opportunities, providing impartial advice and guidance and supporting a smooth transition in and out of school for our students with SEN, particularly SEMH and/or ASD.
- L2 Literacy and Numeracy
- An excellent knowledge of Preparing for Adulthood
- Experience within an SEMH or ASD setting
- Experience working in student support or transition planning
- Teaching qualification/ QTS
- SEN qualification
- Qualified to L4 in Careers Advice and Guidance or equivalent experience

Driving licence and own vehicle with business insurance essential.
