**Permit & Administration Officer - Fixed Line Telecoms**:
Job description
As Permit & Administration Officer on the CityFibre contract, you will be accountable for:
- Input of all permit requirements on relevant systems whilst complying with NRSWA requirements
- Monitoring and maintaining compliance to minimise financial risk
- Coordination with local authorities on all matters relating to permits, TTRO/N, early starts etc
- Coordinating closely with Surveyor / Planner
- Effective liaison with all stakeholders
The successful applicant to this role will be a team player with a positive attitude and the ability to work at pace. You will ideally have prior experience in a similar role and will have the ability to make things happen - a starter / finisher - alongside excellent interpersonal and communication skills. In addition, you will possess the following:
- Awareness of NRSWA
- The ability to self-motivate and work within a team
- Good spoken and written communication skills at all levels
- Attention to detail
- Confidence in using computer packages and familiarity with planning tools
- The ability to work under pressure to deadlines
