We are looking to recruit 2 full time Office Administrators for fixed term, working in our Housing Business Support team. If you are looking to work in a small but fast paced, dynamic team and you have excellent business support skills, we would like to hear from you.

**About the role**:
Therole will include a responsive, customer focused and high-quality front line reception service for both internal and external customers at the Housing Centre, signposting visitors and service users to the correct service and to carry out a range of administrative and financial functions to support the work of colleagues in the Housing Centre and local offices and in particular, the Business Support Manager.

Key skills you can offer:
Experience of working in a busy office environment with a flexible, adaptable approach and the ability to multi task effectively according to business priorities.

Experience in business support administration including invoicing and purchasing of goods, working to a high level of accuracy and with attention to details.

Working with a range of IT packages, inputting and retrieval of data on service-based IT system.

Provide customer-focused information to people who contact the team including a frontline reception service at our Housing Centre in Moulsecoomb.
