**About the role**

Great opportunity to become part of a dedicated team, supporting the aims and mission of Ocado's Global Mobility Team. You will be a proactive team member and provide efficient, high quality, client focused support to the business. The role is exceptionally diverse and you will deal with many different stakeholders and levels of seniority within the company.

As a Global Mobility Advisor you will play a crucial role in supporting the movement of our employees across the globe, ensuring compliance with Immigration and tax regulations. You will be responsible for providing advice and consultation to assignees, HR business partners and business leaders on Ocado's expatriate policy and developing thorough knowledge and understanding of the relationship with other service providers.

The Global Mobility team sits within the wider Reward function, and you will work closely with Reward partners, International benefits team and our tax and finance teams.

**Accountabilities**
- Manage the end-to-end International assignment life-cycle, including immigration, tax, relocation and other related aspects.
- Have a good understanding of assignment policies and process, encouraging knowledge sharing as part of the team culture.
- Create detailed cost estimates and conduct briefing calls with assignees. Supervise team coordinators with any support services.
- Challenge, advise and educate managers and people teams on policy and compensation methodologies. Ensuring assignment objectives are met and costs are managed in-line with policy.
- Contribute to the development and enhancement of Global Mobility policies, ensuring alignment with business objectives, compliance and regulations.
- Support International business travel requests including, posted worker compliance, visa assessments and general travel support.
- Maintain accurate records and documentation related to International assignments, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Work closely with external vendors, including relocation service providers, tax consultants and Immigration specialists to ensure high-quality support.
- Collaborate and build good working relationships with HR, Legal, tax and finance and other departments to address global mobility-related challenges and ensure a cohesive approach.
- Challenge current ways of working, suggesting new ideas to improve efficiencies or quality of service - demonstrating our value of 'we can be even better'.

**Essential skills**
- Previous experience working in Global Mobility/HR/Relocation supporting international mobility
- Knowledge of cross border relocations and global mobility processes such as immigration, tax and social security would be _advantageous_
- Experiencing coordinating the full international assignment process
- HR related qualification _advantageous_
- Good excel skills
