South West Yorkshire Partnership NHS Foundation Trust is currently recruiting for an experienced admin officer/secretary to work in a busy helpdesk in facilities in Wakefield

The applicants will be required to work as part of a busy reception team will have good knowledge of Microsoft Office. To include input into PLANET FM (bespoke programme for logging jobs) which full training will be given. The applicant must have good written and verbal communication skills and must be able to prioritize their workload in a timely manner. With excellent attention to detail as well as good customer service skills

We are looking for an experienced administrator with an NVQ or RSA Level 3 qualification or be able to demonstrate competency at Level 3.

All employees of the Trust are strongly encouraged to be fully vaccinated against COVID-19 to protect patients.
