LOCUM CONSULTANT ORTHODONTIST (Part Time)

This is a part-time fixed term (12 months ) appointment on a 5 PA job plan. There may also be potential to increase sessions. The post holder will be a part of an established multidisciplinary team providing orthodontic care for patients requiring orthognathic surgery, dentoalveolar surgery, orthodontic/restorative dental treatment and complex orthodontic treatment.
Undertake outpatient clinics new and follow-ups with supervision of junior staff as appropriate.
Orthodontic treatment of complex malocclusions
Active involvement in Audit, Clinical Governance, morbidity and mortality meetings
Ensure good clinical practice and continued professional development.
Supervision of the Specialist Registrars will be expected at the JR, Oxford.
