Job title: Digital Communications Officer

Contract: Permanent

Hours of Work: 22.5 hours a week (3 days) - possibly further hours with new funding.

**Salary**: £25,750 pro-rata per annum

Responsible to: Deputy CEO

Location: Flexible working between home and the Hunts Forum Office (Maple Centre, Oak Drive, Huntingdon)

**About this role**

You will join a small and impactful team keen to support the voluntary communities within Huntingdonshire and the broader Cambridgeshire region.

**About you**
- You are able to work across digital platforms, measurably increasing engagement with audiences while spreading knowledge of who we are and what we offer.
- You will bring a strong understanding of different digital marketing channels — their uses and people engagement techniques.
- You will be creative and able to customise content for the various audiences in line with our branding guidelines.
- We welcome someone who challenges the way we have done things in the past, showing us how to adapt to and harness new digital communication formats across our website, social media and newsletter content.

**Job purpose**
- Implement the current marketing strategy.
- Monitor and evaluate the impact of our digital presence.
- Design and implement digital content across all channels, strengthen our presence on platforms and attract new audiences.
- Update and edit all Hunts Forum communication projects and marketing outputs, including newsletters, website and social media, in line with the mission statement.
- Work with other staff to ensure we have an up-to-date digital presence
