We specialise in two areas, savings and mortgages and we have teams dedicated to our customers in both areas. To continue our savings success our we're looking for someone to join them to help us keep delivering outstanding member service, ensuring weremain one of the biggest Building Societies in the country.
You’ll have a friendly and customer focused approach in our Service Support area, as you’ll be processing multiple administration tasks and dealing with members requests daily. In the role you’ll have a good eye for detail as you’ll need to work accuratelyacross lots of different tasks, in a fast paced environment, where our main priority is our existing and new members within our SLAs.
We need you to have a friendly and accurate approach as you’ll be processing on behalf of our customers, from depositing cheques to amending customers details accurately and effectively. Some of the other tasks you’ll be responsible for are:

- Processing payments in and out
- Writing to members
- Changing members details
- Working exceptions reports
You’ll also need to be flexible to support other areas of the business, including our busy Contact Centre when required. As you grow in the role, you’ll become a referral point providing information and guidance to colleagues across the business.

You’ll already have a some administration experience ideally from a fast paced environment. Experience in delivering a good level of customer service will also be important and you'll thrive when you know that your actions result in a happy customer
You'll be detail orientated, nothing gets passed your eye for detail and you'll like working with and supporting others. You have a clear ‘can-do’ attitude, love to learn and are happy to help our greater customer service area, including taking calls when needed.
Due to the nature of the role you'll spend most of the week on site in our brand new building Coventry House, in Binley where you’ll spend time with your team, enjoy free car parking, a self-service restaurant, multi faith room, well being and games room
We work 9am - 5pm Monday to Friday
