**Rate of pay and hours**:We offer a rate of pay above national minimum wage including increments for NVQ 2 and 3. Hours are available on Days or Nights, and you would be required to work on a rota basis, including some weekends and bank holidays.

The responsibilities of the Care Assistant role:
As a Care Assistant at Monarch Healthcare, you will provide person-centred care and support to people with all aspects of daily living. We are looking for people who are caring, understanding and passionate about supporting others. Previous experience as a Care Assistant is not essential as we will provide you with an induction and ongoing support and training.

Please note that all people working in care homes in England are required to have had both doses of a covid-19 vaccination, unless medically exempt. Proof of vaccination status will be required to be shown on arrival for an interview.
