Client Relationship Executive

This role offers a competitive salary, hybrid working (**5-8 days in office per month)**, 28 days holiday a year plus Bank Holidays and 11% pension from the second year

Salary : Starting at £22,500 - £23,500 (There is also an opportunity to earn quarterly bonuses up to a max of 4% of your salary every quarter.)

**About the role**:
This role is based in the Client Relationship Executives Team based at our Cardiff office.

**Key responsibilities include**:

- Act as the key contact for your portfolio of businesses and provide an effective and engaging service
- Multi task management of your pipeline to ensure maximum benefit to the Traders and Which? Trusted Traders
- To educate businesses to utilise the use of the logo, their profile pages, and drive consumer reviews
- As part of ongoing and annual reassessments, proactively manage any outstanding compliance issues and ongoing assessments to ensure integrity of the scheme

**About you**:
To be considered for this role, you would need to have:

- Demonstration of providing additional value to clients to ensure successful relationships
- Ability to manage a busy workload
- Strong IT skills including Microsoft Word, Excel, PowerPoint
- Consistent ability to meet set personal and departmental targets
- Have previous account management experience providing professional and quality focused customer service
- Are used to working towards KPI's, love a challenge, and perform well under pressure
- Are pro-active and a good problem solver with a collaborative and proactive approach
- Look to deliver a more creative, innovative and practical service for consumers.

Our interview process usually involves 2 stages:

- Sometimes a chat with a recruiter or hiring manager by phone (typically 30 minutes), followed by
- An interview on Google Meet (approximately 45-90 minutes) consisting of values and experience-based competency questions and a role related task on a laptop
