**About The Role**:
**Location**: Home based in South East England; across Surrey, West Sussex, East Sussex, Kent, East Dorset, Hampshire or Isle of Wight.

We have a fantastic new opportunity available for a Legacy Giving Officer to join our rewarding and growing team This is an exciting home-based role which would suit someone looking to build and develop their fundraising experience or broaden their sector experience in a major national charity.

As a Legacy Giving Officer, you will be promoting Gifts in Wills right across South East England; inspiring our supporters to do something amazing for people affected by dementia by leaving a gift in their Will.

Gifts in Wills already fund over 25% of our work - and our programme is growing, with buy in at the highest levels of leadership and across the organisation. This is our time to make a significant impact to the outlook for people affected by dementia, and Gifts in Wills play a big role in delivering this change. are you joining our team?

**About you**

You will join our ambitious and supportive team of Legacy fundraisers and work closely alongside other fundraising colleagues to ensure our supporters are aware of legacy giving and the impact it has on our work. You will be;
- Experienced in fundraising or sales and motivated by an excellent cause.
- Eager for an opportunity to expand your experience and develop in fundraising.
- Confident with communication skills; both verbally, written and in presenting.
- An outstanding relationship builder and negotiator.
- Experienced in regularly exceeding targets.
